7 Prop Ideas For Your Dream Skyline High School Washington Senior Photos

Sports Jersey & Equipment

If you played sports throughout your years at Skyline High School Washington, there is a good chance it consumed your life, from the practices to the games and travel. Even if you are leaving the sport behind, incorporate it into your session. Bring along your jersey, grab a ball, and have any other equipment you might have used!

Florals

Flowers are my absolute favorite way to add a pop of color to your session. If you don’t know what to bring, you can always stop by a florist and ask if they can create something with your school colors. If you want to DIY it, places like Trader Joe’s are always a good start!

Instruments or Hobbies

Just like with Skyline High School Washington sports equipment, you want to bring along things that have meant the most to you throughout these years. If you have played an instrument either in a band or in your own free time, take it with you! You can also bring things like skateboards or collections.

Your Car

I am going to take a safe bet that your car has meant a lot to you. This was your first chance at freedom. It was a way to go anywhere you wanted. No matter what you drive, your car is a fabulous prop! Just be sure to get it cleaned and detailed ahead of your session.

Academic Materials

If you were a Skyline High School Washington student who always had your nose in a book, bringing textbooks, notebooks, and other academic materials is going to be a great idea. After all, this is a session to show off all your hard work. Might as well bring that work with you!

Your Pet

I love love love incorporating your four-legged friend into your portrait sessions. They have probably been there through every major moment of school. Honor their role by bringing them along! Just be sure to let your photographer know so you can choose a pet-friendly location. Also, getting your pet groomed first never hurts!

Balloons or Confetti

Graduating is a HUGE deal. Let’s use this session to celebrate! Tossing confetti is a fun way to add in some color while mylar balloons give you a creative way to show your year. If you want to bring balloons, most florists at the grocery store can give them helium so you are ready to go.
