Services
Chabad Of Central Cascades is here to teach people of all ages more about their faith. They offer weekly Shabbat services and create a warm environment where you can observe. These services are Hebrew-English and offer lessons from the Torah. You will also be led through a morning prayer. The Chabab will be there throughout the holidays to give you a profound way to observe. For those who want to dive a little deeper into the topics, you will be able to sign up for a one-on-one Torah study, where you can learn about Jewish mysticism, Hebrew, Jewish law, and kosher recipes. They additionally offer women’s ministries as well as ministries for seniors.
Specialty
One of the biggest services of Chabad Of Central Cascades is their children’s ministries. You will be able to sign up your child for the preschool stage. Their Hebrew School will help your child learn about their Jewish identity, find ways to observe their culture, and learn to read Hebrew. They find ways to make these lessons more engaging thanks to their Visual Arts and STEAM focus. Your child will also have the chance to prepare for their Bar and Bat Mitzvah. These sessions happen once a week from September to May and are available for kids ages 5-13.
