Owner Harnek Singh Pabla immigrated in the 1990s and worked as a chef throughout California before opening his first restaurant in Seattle in 1995 and then the Renton location several years later.
Pabla Indian Cuisine is 100% meat-free, egg-free, and alcohol-free – plus, some of their dishes can even be made dairy-free upon request! They have their kosher certification from the Va’ad HaRabanim of Seattle, making it the perfect place for observant diners looking to spice up their diet. In a rush? Want to experiment with Indian flavors on your own? The restaurant is also home to a small grocery store that sells frozen dishes and bread prepared by their kosher kitchen.
